What is an "AI installation," exactly?
An AI installation means we don't just hand you a tool. We come to your office (or join over Zoom), look at the tasks eating your team's time, then set up the right AI tools, configure them around how your business actually runs, and build custom workflows on top. We train your team until it sticks. You walk away with a working system, configured for your business, that your people are already using on day one. Not a free trial. Not a tutorial. Do you work outside South Florida?
Yes. If you're in South Florida (Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade), we work with you in person. We come to your office, install on your machines, and run team workshops face-to-face. Anywhere else in the country, we work over Zoom. The setup is the same and so are the results. The first 30-minute conversation is free either way.
How long does this take?
Faster than most owners expect. The free consultation is 30 minutes. Installation week starts as soon as you sign off, and the first automations are usually running within days. Most clients have a working AI system in their hands within two weeks of our first call. We move fast on purpose: the longer you wait, the more your competitors get a head start.
